The aim of the programme is to study contemporary research security challenges and facilitate expert exchange on its strategic and operational dimensions, bringing together policy, academic, and practitioner perspectives in the Baltics, European frontiers, and beyond to protect democratic environments for advancing science, technology, and innovation.
